I stumbled on an old settlers’ cemetery.  Strange how they built miniature houses over the graves. — I stumbled on an old settlers’ cemetery. Strange how they built miniature houses over the graves.

This is the southern Carretera Austral in Chile. A land full of colors and wind and remnants of the first European settlers who lived and died trying to tame this wilderness. This is one of my favorite places in South America.
