Walking around the small town of Barreirinhas, Norther Brazil at night I came across a group of Capoeira dancers/fighters who were standing in circle, playing the berimbaus (the long wooden instruments that look like bows) and performing a no contact fight scenes. I've always wondered how effective this fighting system is in the real life. Nevertheless, it's great fun and it's undoubtedly good exercise.
